Colored this koz its been a long long time haven't colored Naruto-sama lol besides the two sage i just reworked lololz

Anyway hope you like this one did the lines on gimp koz i dont know how to do in photoshop.....it turn out to be a real flop >( .....Blur effect x3 is it ok this time ??????
